Today’s workout was interval training. I chose the stair-stepper for this routine’s cardio source.
20 minutes of interval training. 1 minute intense, 2 minutes slow. Great workout and a good sweat!!

Yeah. Thanks. The stair stepper is a butt kicker, but works really well, compared to other devices.
