Today, I’m going to take a break from posting my Workout Log and Daily Quote to take the time to applaud the first responders and others who helped the victims of the Massacre last night in Las Vegas escape the area or supported medical personnel and others evacuate the injured to medical facilities. It warms my heart to see so many volunteers and my fellow citizens who sacrificed for one another during this unforgivable and useless act of violence and cowardice.
My thoughts and prayers are with those who lost loved ones, whose loved ones have not been identified, and for those that remain in hospitals, urgent care, and other medical facilities across metro Las Vegas, who are still receiving life-saving care. My hope is that we lose no more Americans to this senseless and evil act.
