Today, I’ll begin posting a weekly challenge. Some of these will be simple, others not so much, but I’m hoping to help some of you begin trying new things in your life to bring a little spice and help you make a small effort to do something different, change something, add something that may be missing.
The resources I use will come from anywhere I can find them. I will be doing the same thing right along with you. Ready to go? Here is the first one:
Challenge #1: Smile at yourself in the mirror for 10 seconds. Reply in the comments if you got this done. You have the entire week to do this. If you like the results of doing it once, do it every day this week.
