All of us face adversity, slumps, missteps, and outright pain when we set out to do something. Don’t worry about it. Don’t dread it. Expect it. The pain, the setbacks, and all the rest will show their ugly faces as you pursue your goals. Don’t give in. Don’t quit. Keep pushing forward. You cannot lose if you do not quit.

My goals of writing a non-fiction book are on track. My goal of completing the Computer Science track on Codecademy are on track. My book reading goals are blown out (My goal was 48 books). My weight loss goals are on track (220 pounds currently, shooting for 200 by year’s end). My learning goals are on track (12 courses this year, I’m at 10).
You can do whatever you set your mind to. Keep moving forward. Keep digging in. Keep resetting and adjusting when things don’t work. You got this!
