Today’s Ted Talk is about mindfully breaking the chain of a bad habit. Bad habits are so easy to start and so hard to quit. The key to breaking the chain of a bad habit is to find what benefits you get from doing it. Really dig in and get curious about how you feel when you eat something unhealthy, drink alcohol, smoke a cigarette and so on. What triggers it? What benefit do you get from it?
This video will explain how you may be able to finally break the habit you’ve been wanting to stop but just haven’t been able to.
