I am so glad I follow your blog, you curate such awesome TED talk animated videos for your followers! I remember finding out about Imposter Syndrome years ago – it made me feel less alone and made me rethink the feelings I was having that I was pulling the wool over people’s eyes who thought I was awesome!

Awe, thank you! I try to provide a lot of variety and trivia. I figure if it’s new to me, it may be new to you too. TedEd and some of the other sources I use make it pretty easy. Thanks again, nonetheless. It’s good to hear from folks about what they like and dislike, so I can keep tweaking my blog so every day is something folks look forward to.

Good video! I had a touch of impostor syndrome early in my career as a therapist. Going to therapy myself helped because I realized the seasoned and well-established therapists I talked to had no special magic I did not possess except experience. Communication reduces our tendency to compare our insides to other people’s outsides.

Yeah. This strikes a lot of folks in different ways. Realistically,, I think many, even senior practitioners in their craft, have these thoughts form time-to-time. I know it hits me when I am working on my book. The question: “Am I really good enough?” comes up all the time. The key is to keep plodding through and do your best. Nothing else matters.
