I’ve had some delicious naps that have made me feel better. After watching that awesome video I think 60 min naps regularly would be wonderful. Now to figure out how to make that happen!

I know, right? I tend to take a nap if I’m tired. I normally don’t nap habitually. I usually just catch some nap time if I didn’t sleep well the night before and still bushed.
