This week, folks, it’s cardio, cardio, cardio. I’ve been feeling a little winded during my weight routines and going to tackle getting my cardio fitness built back up. This week, I’m going to do solid cardio for the entire week.

Mon-Saturday: Cardio 30 minutes (Treadmill)
