Weekly challenge: This week, substitute tea (your choice) for your coffee. This one may be tough if you’re a real coffee drinker. I would recommend green tea, because it has such great health benefits, but black tea is fine as well. For those of you who are trying to make a break from caffeine, perhaps an herbal tea, warm apple cider, or hot cocoa will do the trick.
