Hey there! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready to attack the week!
This week, I’ll be taking it easy. My brother is visiting from out of town and I want to spend as much time as I can with him.
I’ll be working out on my exercise bike and using my exercise bands, while he is here.
Workout Routine:
Mon – Wed – Fri – Full Body – Exercise Bands
Tue – Thu – Sat – Exercise Bike – 20 minutes
Sunday – Off (taking brother back to the airport)
