Here we are in the first full week of July. It was a bummer to find out my gym was closing again, but that’s life. So this week, we’ll be doing home workouts again, until this virus is more under control and my gym reopens.
Monday – Friday: Full body circuit with exercise bands (3 iterations)
Exercise Circuit: Squats, Bridges, Standing Calf presses, Ab crunches, Pushups, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curls, Triceps extensions.
