Here’s this week’s workout routine.

This week, due to the crazy weather in Michigan, my workout will follow an upper, lower, cardio routine at the gym or in my home, pending on weather.

Monday – Lower

Tuesday – Upper

Wednesday – Cardio

Thursday – Lower

Friday – Upper

Saturday – Cardio

Sunday – Day Off (Yoga, Pilates, light work)
