It’s Super bowl Sunday. In America today is a great day. Football, our national past time, accompanied by crazy commercials, and junk food. Yeah, I will break my diet to enjoy some pizza and some snack foods. That being said, this week, starting on Monday, I’ll be engaging a 12-week workout routine, I’ve used before. It’s a great workout routine and will crank up the intensity a bit.

I won’t belabor putting all the workouts here, but the workout is called the Labrada Lean Body Workout. You can find it on Bodybuilding.com. They also have a great app called Bodyspace, which I use to track my workouts in the gym. If you haven’t seen it, it’s in the App Store and Google Play.

None of my teams made it to the Super Bowl, but the teams that are there are both really good. The 49ers and the Chiefs. It should be an exciting game.
