Since I’m sick, I figured this would be a good educational video to share with my readership. These are all from the TEDEd.com site and are very short, but quite informative. I hope you like this one and also hope you are healthy in the new year. It is no fun being down with a cold or flu. Everything is so much harder when you are not feeling 100%.
