As we start our New Year, here are some challenges to get off to a good start:

#1 – Write three things you want to accomplish by year’s end.


#2 – Put together a tracking mechanism in MS Excel, Google Docs, or on paper that you can use to track the habits you are trying to establish in 2020.


#3 – Read Mini Habits or Elastic Habits books this year!
