Last week’s workout was 300 reps a day per body part. This week, we’re going to change it up again. This week will be full body circuits and cardio. I’ll start with 1 circuit on Monday and progress to six circuits by Saturday! Wish me luck! This should be real challenge.

Monday – Saturday: Circuit Training

Monday – Full body Circuit – 20 minutes cardio

Tuesday – 2 Full body Circuits – 20 minutes cardio

Wednesday – 3 Full body Circuits – 20 minutes cardio

Thursday – 4 Full body Circuits – 20 minutes cardio

Friday – 5 full body Circuits – 20 minutes cardio

Saturday – 6 full body Circuits – 20 minutes cardio

Sunday – off to recuperate
