  • Under-hand Lat Pull Downs 3 x 10;
  • Dumbbell Deadlifts 3 x 10;
  • Alternate Dumbbell Curls 3 x 10;
  • Barbell Curls 3 x 10;
  • 30-minute Cardio, Treadmill, Hill Program

It was good to get into the gym after yesterday’s day off. I normally only take Friday off, but we had a religious seminar yesterday we attended that lasted all day. I was bushed when we got back home.
