  • Incline Chest Press 3 x 10;
  • Butterfly 3 x 10;
  • Lateral Raises 3 x 10;
  • Tricep Pushdowns 3 x 10;
  • Lying Tricep Extensions 3 x 10;

Good workout this morning. I was in and out. Today, I went to Planet Fitness. They have just added 4 stair stepper machines. I may give one of these a whirl on my cardio day. That’s it for today, folks!
