Today’s workout!
Today is another rest day. As you know, if you’ve been following this Workout log, my rest days are composed of two sessions of 20 minutes of cardio. I try to keep these sessions spread out with 4-5 hours between 1 session and the next.
Cardio is an important component of any exercise routine because it helps sustain the circulatory system and improves the body’s ability to process oxygen. When your body is efficient at oxygen intake and use workouts can grow in intensity and your circulatory system will not let you down.

Hello ! I like to read your post including your workout routine . Cardio is one of the best exercise session that i add to my workout routine. But i like the hiit ones which is good at saving the time and effective to burn more calories even when we are resting i mean throughout the day. I am so curious about your future post to be motivated . Do keep blogging ! Best,

I’m so glad! HIIT training is awesome. I’m sticking with static cardio for now because of my weight lifting routine. Even on lift days, there are 2 x 20-minute sessions. HIIT would be too much at this point!

You could be right . Designing Workout Depend on many variables sex,ages, past exercise backround, current stamina of body and so on. Thanks for reminding that point .
