Happy Saturday all!
Today was one of my scheduled days off from the workout routine, so I did 35 minutes on the treadmill for a cardio workout. I also did some weight work with my forearms (not included in the formal workout I’m following currently).
Cardio is a great addition to any workout routine, particularly when you are not doing any High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or cardio acceleration as part of the weight routine. The muscles I work during the week need a rest and two days off after a grueling leg day on Friday was more than welcome.
Anyway, this was it for today.
